Family Law Services

Family law matters often involve complicated paperwork and court procedures that can be difficult to navigate without assistance. Many individuals representing themselves simply need help completing the correct forms, organizing financial disclosures, or understanding the steps required to move their case forward.

The Rocky Mountain Veterans Advocacy Project provides limited-scope family law assistance designed to help individuals represent themselves in court. Our attorneys assist clients with preparing court documents, completing required forms, and understanding the filing process so they can confidently handle their case.

These services are intended for individuals pursuing uncontested or cooperative matters who need help navigating the process but do not require full legal representation.

RMVAP does not enter appearances in family court or provide courtroom representation for family law matters. Our role is to help clients prepare the paperwork and understand the process so they can effectively represent themselves.
