CRIMINAL DEFENSE SERVICES

Navigating the criminal justice system can be confusing, particularly for individuals who are

representing themselves or trying to resolve issues from a past case. Many people simply need help understanding court procedures, preparing paperwork, or determining their legal options.

The Rocky Mountain Veterans Advocacy Project offers limited-scope criminal court assistance

designed to help individuals understand the process and prepare the necessary documents

to address certain criminal court matters. Our attorneys provide guidance, document preparation assistance, and procedural

explanations, allowing individuals to move forward with their case while representing

themselves.

These services are most appropriate for administrative matters, post-case issues, and minor court matters that do not require courtroom representation.

RMVAP does not provide criminal defense representation, does not enter appearances in criminal court, and does not negotiate with prosecutors.
