ROCKY MOUNTAIN
VETERANS ADVOCACY PROJECT

Family Law

Family Law Services

Our goal is to assist veterans and current services members to come to the best resolution possible for their family law cases. We understand that the needs and circumstances of each client are different, so we offer full representation or unbundled services on a sliding scale basis in our family law practice.

Our family law services focus primarily on divorce (with or without children), maintenance (alimony), property division, parenting time, child support, post-decree modifications, and relocation, and other instances where the courts become involved with a family.

At this time, our family law services are limited to jurisdictions in Colorado.

Family Law Services we provide

"My time working at the Rocky Mountain Veterans Advocacy Project was the most rewarding and meaningful part of being in law school. I served in the Army before law school, and I was thankful to have the opportunity as a law student to be part of an organization that helps fellow military veterans. From working directly with clients to writing legal briefs, I feel that my time at the Rocky Mountain Veterans Advocacy Project has provided me with some of the most practical and useful skills that I know I will be able to rely on for the rest of my legal career."
